1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ailo TV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Ailo TV is a video streaming service that provides access to Kenyan entertainment content, including TV shows, series, and original programming. The Service is available through our website and mobile applications.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are available in Daily, Weekly, Standard (Monthly), and Premium (Monthly) plans.
• All payments are processed through Flutterwave and M-Pesa. Prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
• Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the billing period. There is no automatic renewal.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Account sharing is limited based on your subscription plan (1-5 devices depending on plan).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Usage

• All content on Ailo TV is owned by us or our content partners.
• You may only stream content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Downloading content for offline viewing is only available on supported plans.
• You may not record, copy, redistribute, or publicly display our content.
• Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass geographical restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ailo TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
